WE ARE NOW SEEKING A DEDICATED AND EXPERIENCED CHIEF RISK OFFICER TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY AND CONTRIBUTE TO OUR CONTINUED SUCCESS.
About the Role: As the Chief Risk Officer, you will play a central role in identifying, assessing, and managing risks within our operations. You will work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure our risk management processes are effective and compliant with relevant regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant academic degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and standards in the credit market.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with complex data.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on risk exposures and trends.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct risk analyses and stress tests.
- Educate and support staff on risk management issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance risk management processes.
