QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), PRM (Professional Risk Manager), or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk management and compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including Basel III, Solvency II, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in developing and implementing risk management and compliance frameworks and strategies.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
