Chief Risk Officer ( Private Banking)
Our client - an established and growing Private Banking firm - has created a new C-suite risk function.
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Risk Officer will manage the risk appetite of the firm in line with the overall business strategy for Asia across all the risk pillars balancing financial and non-financial risk.
This role will own Operational Risk and Fraud risk and will have an oversight on Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk and Cybersecurity risk.
This role is key to build a risk-forward thinking culture in the Bank.

Key Requirements

• Strong track record in leading a risk function in Private Banking across financial risk and non-financial risk
• In depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape in Singapore
• Deep level understanding of the Private Bank suite of products and clients’ needs in APAC
• Experience to lead and drive a risk agenda at board level
• Demonstrable experience in managing large risk transformation program
• Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly on strategic agenda and execute at granular level
