Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Chief Sales Officer - CSO to lead a large Off-plan sales team in Dubai, managing a team of off-plan VPs/ Directors and consultants of sales.
Job Summary
The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for overseeing all sales and revenue-generating activities within the Group by developing and executing strategic plans to maximize revenue growth. The CSO will further develop and lead a diverse sales team with a key focus on continued innovation, optimizing sales, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and communicating sales growth strategies with CEO, Board of Directors, and other key department heads.
  • Develop a stellar sales team to support the organization’s growth plans.
  • Successfully plan a GTM strategy for a “specialty at scale” food business.
  • Oversee the sales organization to ensure robust pipeline development and consistent deal closure.
  • Partner with the marketing team to drive demand generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop data driven metrics to measure performance.
  • Recommend appropriate strategy to refine the product mix.
  • Create a robust pricing model with customer segmentation and channel penetration in mind.
  • Develop customer-centric best practices that fosters long-term partnerships and business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in UAE Real estate sales with a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop integrated business and sales plan to support a scaling business with a diverse property portfolio.
  • Ability to hire, lead, and influence a diverse team during change, while maintaining cooperation, motivation and cohesiveness.

EXPERIENCE:

Strong sales leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Languages: English + (French/Russian/Deutsche/ Dutch, etc optional)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED54,491.70 - AED59,997.41 per mont
