ROLE PURPOSE The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for the consolidated management and strategic oversight of all TSS security functions. This role ensures the protection of personnel, facilities, intellectual property, and brand integrity while maintaining operational flexibility and scalability. The CSO will develop and execute a robust, integrated security program that aligns with company growth and evolving customer and regulatory requirements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Establish and maintain a fully integrated security program that safeguards people, property, and information across all TSS locations and operations. * Conduct daily coordination with Dell Security to manage audits, address security issues, and ensure compliance across shared operations. * Manage and advocate for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or Cybersecurity Expert embedded within the IT department. * Partner with the COO, HR, Legal, IT, and other departments to proactively identify, mitigate, and respond to security risks across physical, internal, supply chain, and cyber vectors. * Directly manage physical security personnel, access control systems, and facility security infrastructure. * Design and implement insider threat, foreign travel, and risk management programs to safeguard employees and company assets. * Author a white paper evaluating the need and scalability for an Executive Protection and Active Shooter Response Program. * Balance security investments and resource allocation with operational needs to maintain both efficiency and protection. QUALIFICATIONS * 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, risk management, or intelligence operations. * Proven success leading security strategy in complex, high-growth, or technology-driven organizations. * Expertise in physical security, cybersecurity, crisis response, and compliance frameworks. * Strong collaboration and relationship management skills with executive leaders, customers, and external agencies. * Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications such as CPP, CISSP, or PMP preferred.
