Your Day to Day Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships​ Provide feedback to individuals based on observation of service behavior​ Recruits, interviews, hires, and promotes employees within the organization​ Develop your team and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, andcreate performance and development goals for colleagues​ Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards weexpect​ Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create asense of one team​ Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination withother departments​ Review associate satisfaction results to identify and address associate problems ofconcern​ Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performancestandards and monitoring performance ​ Help create the department’s annual budget and set departmental goals​ Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on OS&E, chemical, kitchen solid andlabor costs….​ Ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard withminimum breakage.​ Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and suppliers for any purchases needed for thestewarding operation​ Manages all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve or exceed financial results​ Monitor the inflow of ordered materials and the maintenance of current materials​ Determines the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all materialsand equipment​ Ordered and managed necessary supplies, ensuring the stewarding team has thenecessary supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms to do their tasks​ Enforce proper cleaning routine for service ware, equipment, floor, etc.​ Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for theteam​
