Ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard withminimum breakage. Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and suppliers for any purchases needed for thestewarding operation Manages all functions of the Stewarding operation to achieve or exceed financial results Monitor the inflow of ordered materials and the maintenance of current materials Determines the minimum and maximum stocks and controls the par-stocks of all materialsand equipment Ordered and managed necessary supplies, ensuring the stewarding team has thenecessary supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms to do their tasks Enforce proper cleaning routine for service ware, equipment, floor, etc. Maintains high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for theteam
