As we continue to grow and build a fun, dynamic work culture, we’re looking for a Chief Stout Officer (CSO) to bring a little extra cheer to our team. This role isn’t just about picking beers; it’s about creating an environment where everyone can unwind, celebrate, and enjoy the finer things in life—one pint at a time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A passion for craft beer, Irish pints, and everything in between.
• Experience in the world of beer, whether through brewing, bartending, or simply being an aficionado.
• A keen eye for detail when it comes to beer styles, flavors, and textures.
• Excellent communication skills to lead tastings, share knowledge, and plan events.
• A sense of humor and a good taste in beers (obviously!).

• Mood-Boosting Beer Selection: You’ll work closely with team members to help them select the perfect beer for any mood, occasion, or time of day. From light lagers to hearty stouts, your expertise will keep the team refreshed and content.
• Pint-Picking Recommendations: As the go-to expert, you’ll curate a list of the best pubs for after-work hangouts and Friday night shenanigans. You’ll know where to go for craft brews, traditional pints, and everything in between.
• Office Tastings & Events: Organize beer-tasting events that are informative, fun, and educational. Whether it’s an international beer tasting or a local craft discovery, you’ll make sure every team member leaves with a new appreciation for the art of beer.
• Beer Etiquette Education: Provide occasional lessons on the fine art of beer etiquette. Whether it’s how to properly pour a pint or how to taste with your senses, you’ll be the teacher everyone needs but didn’t know they wanted.
• Beer Pairing Advisor: Help the team create memorable experiences by recommending beer pairings for food, events, and even company milestones.
• Beer Culture Ambassador: Cultivate a beer-friendly culture that promotes responsible enjoyment and camaraderie. Create a space where beer isn’t just a drink, but a shared experience.
