Chief Strategy Officer (Remote) M3 Communications M3 is a strategic communications and growth studio helping founders build clear narratives, raise capital, and scale. We’re looking for a Founding Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to help build M3 alongside the founder. What You’ll Do Work with startups on narrative, positioning, and fundraising communication Help founders improve pitch decks, messaging, and GTM clarity Support founder acquisition, partnerships, and ecosystem growth Contribute to strategy, brand direction, and long-term growth of M3 Who You Are Strong understanding of startups, fundraising, and growth Excellent communication and strategic thinking Independent, founder-minded, and execution-focused Background in startups, VC, strategy, growth, or communications is a plus Compensation This is not a traditional salaried role.
