About the role As we continue to expand our WA operations, we are seeking a Chief Surveyor / Survey Manager to provide operational oversight across a diverse project portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who wants to influence direction, elevate standards, and play a key role in delivering some of Australia's most significant projects. What else will you be doing: Provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary surveying team Oversee delivery across major civil, infrastructure and construction projects Act as the senior technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering surveying matters Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients and key stakeholders Drive quality assurance, compliance, and risk management standards Skills & Experience To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Tertiary qualifications in Surveying Licensed / Registered Cadastral Surveyor (highly desirable) Extensive experience across civil and construction sectors Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing large-scale, high-risk projects Strong understanding of QA frameworks, compliance obligations and risk mitigation practices Advanced proficiency with survey technologies and software (Civil 3D, 12d, TBC and related platforms) A track record of maintaining exceptional technical accuracy and documentation standards Excellent client and stakeholder management capability Culture At Fyfe, we value both our clients and our people.
