The Role We’re looking for a CTO who’s been around the block but lives in the future. Someone who’s built, scaled, and shipped software, yet knows the old playbook is being rewritten by AI. You’ll drive the company's technical direction, R&D, and engineering culture, guiding our evolution into a fully AI-native software development company. Whether you call it “vibe coding,” “contextual coding,” or simply the new way of building, you believe the future of software is powered by human creativity amplified by AI. Responsibilities Lead our overall technology strategy and maintain technical excellence across all projects. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team rooted in precision and curiosity. Champion AI-native development workflows (AI-assisted coding - Cursor, Widnsurf, Replit, contextual tools, automated QA). Set architecture standards and scalable development practices across web, mobile, and backend. Collaborate closely with Product and Design to deliver bold, reliable products, fast. Oversee R&D in generative AI, developer productivity, and workflow automation. Evaluate emerging technologies and translate innovation into execution. Shape company strategy as part of the leadership team and strengthen our position as a leader in AI-driven product development. 10+ years in software development, with proven experience leading engineering or product teams. Strong command of modern tech stacks (Flutter, React Native, full-stack - JS-preferably, and cloud infrastructure). Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-native development tools and methods. Demonstrated success delivering complex products with clarity and precision. Pragmatic, curious, and allergic to bureaucracy — you thrive on momentum. Excellent communicator who can connect technical vision to business outcomes. Motivated by the challenge of shaping how tomorrow’s products are built. Fluency in English is a must! Competitive compensation with a bonus structure.
