1.Direct the development of long-term and short-term R&D strategy and planning, technical management system and technical procedures and standards, and be responsible for the full implementation, leading the team to achieve R&D goals.
2.Leading and participating in the system architecture core code writing, core technical problems, and organizing to solve the major technical problems in the process of project development.
3.Responsible for team building and management of technical talents, establish scientific and effective technical talent cultivation and development system.
4.Build core business technology architecture and implementation model, and formulate unified technology standard and system.
5.Establish an efficient and high-quality technical team, and improve the project management and staff development system.
6.Build R&D knowledge base and technology sharing platform, and promote technology culture.
7.Collaborate closely with HR, marketing and other departments to provide technical support; build industry-leading public technology platform to enhance product development efficiency.
8.Establish technical authority and reputation within the company and the industry.
9.Possess strategic foresight, market acumen and strong execution, and be able to promote the efficient integration of technology and business.
10.Participate in the development of the company’s medium and long-term strategic objectives, and organize the implementation;
