What You’ll Own & Drive

• Define and drive the technology vision and architectural strategy for a mission-critical, high-scale platform.
• Lead the transformation to a cloud-native, microservices-driven architecture designed for flexibility and global scalability.
• Architect a next-generation system that balances enterprise complexity with ease of use, security, and performance.
• Champion modern DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices to accelerate deployment cycles and reliability.
• Partner with product leadership to ensure technology aligns with both business objectives and customer needs.
• Inspire and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous innovation.
• Stay at the forefront of AI-driven development, cloud computing, and security best practices to future-proof our technology stack.
• Define governance, security, and compliance strategies that ensure the integrity and trustworthiness of our platform.

What You Bring

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to design and scale large, cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) that power enterprise applications.
• Expertise in microservices, API design, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures at scale.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and security best practices.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, caching strategies, and high-performance databases.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive technical direction across teams.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to bridge deep technical execution with business priorities.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with AI/ML-driven automation, blockchain, or edge computing in platform development.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
