THE ROLE: FOUNDING CTO

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Founding CTO to architect and build our platform from the ground up. This is a ground-floor opportunity to become a technical co-founder and shape the technology, culture, and future of a company poised to define a new category.
As the Founding CTO, you will be responsible for translating our ambitious vision into a scalable, secure, and intelligent product. You will make all foundational technology decisions, lead the initial development, and eventually build and manage the engineering team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and Build: Design and develop the core SaaS platform, including the backend, frontend, and AI-driven engines for regulatory analysis and monitoring.
• Technical Strategy: Define the company’s technical vision, strategy, and roadmap. Make critical decisions on tech stack, infrastructure, and development processes.
• Hands-On Coding: Lead by example by writing high-quality code for the most complex parts of the system in the early stages.
• AI/ML Leadership: Guide the development of our proprietary AI systems for NLP, knowledge graphs, and automated compliance checks.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for security, data privacy, and scalability from day one, ensuring our own platform is enterprise-ready.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team as the company grows.
