Job Requirements: Is This You?

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in a senior/executive role (CTO or equivalent).
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or other high-volume service industries.
• Demonstrated success leading teams across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data.
• Proven ability to create and execute enterprise technology roadmaps and budgets.
• Strong working knowledge of AI, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), data analytics, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage executive and operational stakeholders.
