Job Description: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in driving the technological direction of TruVita Wellness Inc., overseeing the development and scaling of our AI-powered healthcare platforms. This position is ideal for a visionary leader with deep expertise in AI/ML, healthcare technology, and telemedicine who is also ready to invest in the company’s mission and growth. Investment Requirement: This role requires an investment of $500,000 in TruVita Wellness Inc. as part of a strategic partnership. In exchange for this investment, the CTO will receive an equity stake in the company and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions and telemedicine platforms. Team Management & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the technology department. Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver products on time. AI/ML Integration: Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies to enhance patient engagement and improve healthcare outcomes. Security & Compliance: Ensure robust security measures and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Qualifications: Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader, preferably in healthcare technology, AI, or telemedicine. Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud computing, and mobile/web app development. Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards. Track record of leading product development and scaling technology in startups or growth-stage companies. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a healthcare-focused startup or early-stage company. Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and healthcare software. Strong understanding of startup investment and fundraising dynamics.
