POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team and lead the overall technology vision and strategy at HealthLynked. As CTO, you will drive innovation, oversee software development and infrastructure initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building scalable, secure technology solutions in a complex, fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Experience:
• 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including leading diverse engineering teams.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale technology initiatives in a complex environment.
• Experience in healthcare technology or a regulated industry strongly preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrated success with cloud infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma) for project management.
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

• Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
• Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams (on-site and remote) including software engineering, IT, and data analytics.
• Foster an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Product Development & Delivery
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of healthcare technology solutions.
• Ensure product releases meet high standards for functionality, usability, security, and scalability.
• Security & Compliance
• Establish and enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Project & Resource Management
• Manage technology budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and return on investment.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, SmartSheets, Google Sheets) to track progress, set priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with company goals and present progress updates.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
