Marble is building the future of earth observation—fast, autonomous UAV systems that deliver better data than satellites at a fraction of the cost. We’re post-revenue, post-R&D, and entering scale mode. We need a CTO who can match the pace and ambition.
This is a rare opportunity to take a CTO role with co-founder-level influence, joining a small, elite team at the inflection point. You’ll own the technical engine of the company: guiding the roadmap, growing the team, coaching the talent, and partnering with the CEO to scale us from £1M/year to £100M/year.
It’s a big job for someone who’s ready to do the hard things that build generational companies.

• Own our product and engineering organisation—from system architecture to execution
• Be accountable for R&D delivery, including major projects oversight and future tech initiatives
• Build and lead the technical and operational teams, hiring and mentoring exceptional talent
• Partner with the CEO to define company strategy, especially around product and growth
• Co-create the company culture, values, and operating principles
• Act as the technical adult in the room—a coach, mentor, and thought partner
• Support BD, sales, and fundraising efforts as a visible, credible technical leader
• Evolve into a true co-founder-level operator, ready to scale Marble through its next 10x
