• You will provide support in accounting and controlling, particularly with accounting evaluations, preparation of annual financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and variance analyses for the funds and their portfolio companies.
• You will review and analyze the financial data of our portfolio companies and provide the investment team with the insights that matter.
• You will be involved in the preparation of investor reports, from fund performance and capital calls to distributions.
• You will support the development of our financial processes, policies and systems, making our reporting more efficient and accurate, both internally and at our portfolio companies.
• You will assist with regulatory reporting to local and international supervisory authorities.
• You will contribute to the annual ESG reporting at the fund and portfolio level.
• Working closely with the management and investment team, you will contribute to reviews and day-to-day operations.
• Together with our interdisciplinary team from Investment, Finance, Legal, HR and ESG, you will support our portfolio companies on their growth path.

This is what you bring with you

• You have completed commercial training or hold a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• You bring initial practical experience in a finance-related role, whether from an internship or as a working student at an auditing firm, in consulting, or a similar industry. Industry-specific knowledge from the venture capital sector is advantageous but can also be acquired during the onboarding process.
• You are familiar with financial reporting and accounting principles, as well as initial experience with financial analysis, modeling and forecasting.
• You communicate confidently and convincingly in exchanges with team members, portfolio companies and external partners.
• Digital tools are your thing, from the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to initial contact with artificial intelligence; interest in this is a clear plus for us.
• You speak German and English fluently.
