CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)

OX Car Care Inc was started and founded in 2015 with one goal in mind, to become a household name. Through its years OX has become the fastest growing vehicle service contract company in the country! As we continue to grow our brand, we are looking for an in-house Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team.

The CTO will report to the CEO and will assist with an owner’s mentality, deep industry knowledge and boundless dedication in a growing company.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years of tech leadership experience, focusing on call centers and sales.
  • Business ownership or significant entrepreneurial endeavors is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency across a variety of technological platforms and languages.
  • Stellar interpersonal and leadership skills, with a history of guiding tech teams to achievements.

  • Define and lead our technological trajectory, ensuring we’re pioneers in our field.
  • Cultivate invaluable relationships with tech vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Propel tech initiatives optimizing our call centers and sales operations.
  • Stay abreast with the latest tech trends, positioning us as industry trendsetters.
  • Foster an environment of innovation, inspiring our tech teams to champion groundbreaking solutions.
