The Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) will report directly to the CEO and assist in driving organizational change and transformation. This transformational leadership role requires a dynamic leader with strong change management and project management skillsets, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and the ability to drive change across the organization.
The CTO will lead and manage strategic transformation projects to enhance the organization’s efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact. This role is responsible for leading and managing large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s social mission, strategic objectives, and delivering sustainable results.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or transformation roles, preferably within the community service sector.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale organization development and transformation projects.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and organization-wide change initiatives.
