POSITION TITLE: Registered Nurse/ Midwife - Child and Family Health
OPERATIONAL BASE: Karitane Early Parenting Service - Campbelltown
STATUS: Casual
HOURS: Casual - 24 hour rotating roster Monday-Friday
VACCINATION CATEGORY: A (including annual Influenza Vaccination)
RESPONSIBLE TO: Nursing Unit Manager (through to Director, Clinical Services)
INDUSTRIAL AWARD: Public Health System Nurses’ and Midwives’ (state) Award 2023 and with the Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Nurses Agreement 2017.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Child and Family Health to join our dynamic team at the Karitane Early Parenting Centre located on and at Campbelltown Hospital.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: (Each criteria must be addressed in your application)
Essential for this role are the following:
1. Current NSW Registration Nurse or Midwife (NSW) List A
2. Child and Family Health Nursing Qualification with minimum 2 years’ experience.
3. Demonstrated experience in Child and Family Health with an understanding of current evidence informed practice
4. Demonstrated advanced communication skills in mixed modalities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
6. Demonstrated advanced computer skills and data collection systems and practices
7. Demonstrated ability to work in partnership and deliver customer-centric
8. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
