OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding adolescents in various settings. Your primary focus will be to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth, educational development, and social skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with At Risk Youth and a passion for educating and empowering young individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with adolescents is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with youth from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A background in education or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
