The Opportunity We are hiring a full-time Child Care Aide to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK. This is an entry-level position with training provided, but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe, structured, and engaging environment for children. What You’ll Do Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a structured and safe classroom Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor, during activities, and transitions) Help maintain consistent routines and expectations Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and daily tasks Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times This is a hands-on, active role—you will be moving, engaging, and supporting throughout the day.
