Description Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center in Bee Cave, we’re looking for part-time Child Care Attendants to support our Fitness Center. We offer flexible daytime shifts, weekdays and/or weekends, making this a great fit for candidates looking for consistent daytime availability in a fun, active environment. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Help to maintain a safe, fun, and interactive center that is clean and organized Supervise and participate in activities with children Demonstrate good judgment, alertness, and self-control in the presence of children and when performing assigned responsibilities Relate to children with patience, acceptance, and respect Monitor check in/out procedures and have an accurate headcount of children at all times Contact parent/guardian, if necessary, to assist with discipline issues and attend to personal needs of children such as feeding and diaper changes, etc. Other duties as assigned To be a great fit, you’ll have: An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality! Detail oriented with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Dependable and punctual Previous experience working with children a plus, but not required Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!
