Responsibilties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the center.
- Manage program development initiatives, including the creation of new services and the enhancement of existing programs.
- Supervise and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, motivation, and professional development encouragement.
- Ensure compliance with childcare standards, policies, and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and documentation.
- Collaborate with parents for enrollment and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field .
- 1-3 years of experience in early childhood classroom or program management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with diverse cultural and economic backgrounds of children’s and families.
- Physical strength and stamina to energetically work with children and staff.
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to effectively manage financial resources.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and interventions.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with community partners.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
