We’re hiring a Center Director to lead a passionate team, drive enrollment growth, and create a safe, inspiring space for children to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, engage, and develop a team of early childhood educators
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards
• Drive center growth through strong business and marketing practices

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in early childhood or a related field
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets preferred
• Ability to meet state-specific Director qualifications
