JOB OVERVIEW

The Child Care Center supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child care facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to effectively manage staff and engage with parents. The Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children while adhering to regulatory standards.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in early childhood education or a related field is essential.
  • Strong background in caregiving with hands-on experience working with children in a classroom setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate children through creative lesson planning and engaging activities.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in an educational environment.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is highly desirable.

  • Collaborate with educators to create age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate learning and exploration.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the center by maintaining a clean and secure environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills in caregiving and classroom management.
  • Conduct regular assessments of programs and services to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality in early childhood education.
