CHILDCARE DIRECTOR – BRILLIANT KIDZ ACADEMY

Brilliant Kidz Academy is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Childcare Director to lead our centre and support our mission of providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check.
• Previous leadership/management experience in a childcare or early learning setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A passion for early childhood education and child development.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Childcare Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulations while fostering a positive and supportive culture for children, families, and staff. You will play a key role in curriculum planning, staff management, and building strong relationships with families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily operations of the childcare centre.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators and staff.
• Develop and implement educational programs that support children’s development.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community.
• Oversee budgeting, enrolment, and administration tasks.
