Multi-Site School Age Centre Director This position will be part of a Child Care Director team and responsible for oversight of multi-site child care programs, each with on-site supervisor leadership. Are you the right fit? * Able to manage multiple school age programs * Experience recruiting, training and mentoring supervisors and educators * Demonstrated ability to support the implementation of emergent curriculum * Experience developing and managing budgets * Able to apply ELCC and the Y’s policies, procedures, regulations and standards * Able to develop and maintain partnerships with school divisions and administration * Proven ability to build rapport with children and their families What else do you need? * 3-5 years in a childcare setting with supervisory and/or management experience * Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level 3 * Knowledge of child care regulations, best practices and school age child development * Understanding of emergent curriculum and staff leadership development * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work a variety of shifts and various locations * Valid driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle * Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification * Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check Application Deadline: Position open until filled The Y is entrusted to provide a safe environment for children and vulnerable individuals.
