As an Interim Child Care Lead Instructor, you'll be the heartbeat of our after-school program, creating engaging experiences for kindergarten through 5th-grade students. Your Role Will Include: Ensuring the wellbeing and security of all enrolled children. Implementing behavior intervention strategies and creating an inclusive environment. Training and mentoring team members to excel in their roles. Contributing to curriculum development and maintaining high-quality programming standards. Building strong relationships with families and maintaining excellent communication. Qualifications: Must be 18 and have a HS diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in child-related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience working with school age children (minimum). School-age care experience (preferred). Salary and Benefits: Starting pay $21.25/hour. Locations & Shift Times: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 am - 6:00 pm. Start date: School Year 2026 - 2027. Responsibilities
