New Adventures Early Learning Center in Twinsburg, Ohio is looking for full-time Lead Teachers. We are looking for a prospective candidate to work a full-time shift (8 hours) Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm, with the possibility of additional hours if needed.

JOB AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A degree is not required, and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or related field.

• Proof of a current CDA and the on-going training requirements
• Passion to be a lifelong learner with a desire for professional development and growth
• Clean FBI/BCI background screening (required)

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

• Become part of a child’s day by providing a clean, safe environment where a child can play, explore, and learn
• Lead, teach, and supervise children in a classroom by building relationships with them and families
• Evaluate a child’s progress by completing ongoing assessments to determine areas for educational and developmental improvement
