JOB DETAILS

The Child Care Manager (CCM) would oversee the day-to-day operations of the on-site child care center, supervise 3-5 employees, and offer one-on-one parent coaching and support sessions. The CCM would develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum to be used in the child care center and provide parents with regular milestone achievement updates. This position would provide staff trainings and support on healthy childhood development and healthy parenting relationships. When appropriate, the CCM would bring in supports to provide developmental screening and services to the mothers and children at My Sister’s Place (MSP).

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in early childhood development, education, psychology or similar field; Master’s degree preferred
3 years of prior manager/supervisory experience, preferably in childcare
