INFANT TEACHER – JOB DESCRIPTION

The Toddler Twos Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports each child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. This role requires modeling and practicing Conscious Discipline techniques, overseeing hygiene and care routines, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment in alignment with Ivy Kids standards and Texas Minimum Standards.

  • Conducting timely child assessments (ASQs) and maintaining development records
  • Communicating regularly with parents through reports, updates, and conferences
