JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a strong background in early childhood education. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and nurturing young minds in a safe, engaging, Christian environment.
Full-time shifts are 7am-3pm or 9:30am-5:30pm depending on position.
Currently Hiring Part-time shifts vary, typically 3pm-5:30pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Experience in daycare, nannying, or special education is advantageous
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Must be 18+

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to stimulate children’s learning
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children to grow and develop
• Monitor and assess students’ progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
• Collaborate with Directors and parents to support each child’s developmental needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom environment
• Implement positive discipline techniques to encourage appropriate behavior
