REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum a Diploma holder in Child Development, Child Psychology, Early Childhood Education and/or Special Needs Education or its equivalent
• Have prior work or volunteer experience with children
• Excellent communication and engagement skills to children and adults
• Effective in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced and stressful environment
• Independent thinker who works well with people
• Possess persistence, initiative and ingenuity
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to work independently
• Possess good stamina and is fit to meet physical demands of the job

• Manage playroom and/or family resource centre in hospital ward
• Plan, organise and provide playroom & bedside activities in hospital
• Organize special events in playroom and hospital ward
• Maintain and purchase supplies and resources in playroom and/or family resource centre
• Oversee cleaning of playrooms and all toys and equipmentSupervise volunteers to be effective and competent in their roles
