As a Higher Executive Officer (HEO) within the CMS Communications team, you will work closely with the rest of the team, and contribute to the development of audience-focused, visually engaging content. You will play a key role in creating fresh, innovative, engaging and visually impactful communications products and campaigns that communicate CMS policies and campaigns.
This position is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced in-house team, producing high-quality visuals and content.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will:
- Design visually appealing and accessible products across a range of media to support CMS internal communications activities, including business communications, colleague campaigns change projects, conferences and annual events.
- Develop communications plans and advise stakeholders on suitable communications solutions and channels to engage audiences and maximise reach.
- Regularly gather insight from a range of sources across CMS and generate actionable insights to improve quality and effectiveness of communications products.
- Develop clear, concise and engaging content for internal and external communications that aligns to the CMS style and tone of voice.
- Manage and develop an Executive Officer (EO), building their communication and leadership capability, quality assuring their work and supporting them to perform at their best.
- Take an active approach to self development, seeking to constantly adapt and update your skillset.
