As an Executive Officer (EO) within the CMS Communications team, you will work closely with the communication and engagement team, contributing to the creation of audience-focused, visually engaging content. You will play a key role in supporting the development of fresh, innovative, engaging and visually impactful communications products and campaigns that communicate CMS policies and campaigns.
This position is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced in-house team, producing high-quality visuals and content.

At stage 2 you will be invited to an interview via Microsoft teams. All elements of the interview will be via video link, and the whole process should take approximately 30 - 40 minutes. This will be a blended interview consisting of 2 types of questions, behaviour questions and strength questions. A blended interview aims to be more of a conversation at interview, offering a more inclusive approach. Strength based questioning explores what the candidate can and has done, but also their potential. The Behaviours being assessed at interview are:
