The State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Child Support Enforcement Training Coordinator to join our Office of Economic Assistance Child Support Enforcement team. Under limited supervision, the Training Coordinator is responsible for the full scope of training development, design, and delivery for child support staff across the state. Incumbent must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in program curriculum design, development, revision, delivery, evaluation, and scheduling venue. “You have the passion; we have the opportunities - let's make a difference for Nebraskans!” As the Child Support Enforcement Training Coordinator, you will: Develop and deliver standardized training to all child support staff across Nebraska. Improve staff understanding of federal and state laws, CHARTS, and processes. Equip new and existing employees with the knowledge and tools they need to perform effectively. Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for new hires, existing staff. Schedule training sessions, coordinate venues, or platforms. Track attendance and maintain records of training completion. Travel within Nebraska may be required to conduct in-person sessions. Hire Rate: $23.661 per hour – Non-Exempt Location: Lincoln – NSOB Dress Attire: Business Casual Driving Required Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Four years’ experience and/or training in planning and presenting information and/or education to others through formal training, workshops, seminars, or other instructional venues including experience developing training programs or curriculum. Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, organization communication, training and development or related field may be substituted for experience. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering formal training programs, including designing curriculum or learning modules from scratch via Articulate 360. Ability to develop engaging, interactive training. Strong communication and public speaking skills. Confident delivering both in-person and virtual training. Able to assess training effectiveness by using evaluations, feedback, quizzes. The ability to manage multiple training rollouts, updates, and logistics. Work independently under minimal supervision. Technical proficiency, such as Workday, Articulate 360, Webex, Microsoft office suite. Able to coordinate logistics, timelines, and communications for statewide training rollouts. Comfortable working with all levels of staff, including frontline workers, supervisors, leadership. Other: Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Instructional design and curriculum development. Experience with Articulate Storyline. Ability to coordinate rollouts, work with cross-functional teams, and manage timelines and deliverables. Ability to coach, communicate clearly, and adapt easily.
