PAY RANGE: $17.50-$19.00 Hourly HOURS/AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday: 2:45-7:15 POSTITON SUMMARY: Position is responsible for supervision of children while parents utilize the YMCA fitness facilities. Coordinates routine cleaning of Child Watch room and toys. Assists with monthly work schedules. Conducts quality activities for children. Provides prompt quality customer service in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Develops and maintains positive relationships with members, staff volunteers and the community. Wears required name tag and shirt, is clean and professional in appearance as per the dress code. Exemplifies the values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and diversity. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age TB clearance required Skills/Knowledge: Customer service oriented. Experience in baby-sitting or child care preferred. Knowledge of general health and wellness. Education/Training: Able to be CPR/AED, First Aid trained. Responsibilities

The Child Watch Attendant is responsible for supervising children while their parents use the YMCA fitness facilities and coordinating the cleaning of the Child Watch room and toys. They also conduct quality activities for children and provide excellent customer service.
