Child Welfare Specialist III H23C Annual Salary: $43,968.62 + Full State Employee Benefits Applicants who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work will be entitled to a salary incentive of an additional 5%. Travel is Extensive. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Minimum Qualifications A Master's degree. OR a Bachelors Degree plus one year of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist. OR Two years of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist. Job Responsibilities Serves as a Regional Field Coordinator with Enhanced Foster Care (EFC). Schedules and facilitates EFC Treatment Team Meetings, breaking down barriers and confirming services and supports with external providers. Addresses barriers to ongoing service availability or delivery, working in collaboration with the Department of Mental Health, Oklahoma Health Care Authority and service providers. Build and sustain positive relationships with private and contracted mental health providers.
