THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY. This position is located in Idabel, Oklahoma. Child Welfare Specialist III H23C Annual Salary: $43,968.62 + Full State Employee Benefits Shift-diff pay is paid after standard hours. Applicants who possess a Master's Degree in Social Work will be entitled to a salary incentive of an additional 5%. On-call positions will receive an additional bonus ranging from $100 to $150 every two weeks, depending on responsibilities. Travel is OCCASIONAL. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Minimum Qualifications A Master's degree. OR a Bachelors Degree plus one year of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist. OR Two years of experience as a Child Welfare Specialist. Job Responsibilities Position serves as a Family Meeting Continuum (FMC) Facilitator in a specialized unit within Region 4. *Conducts Child Safety Meetings (CSM) to guide the decision-making process for determining the child’s safety needs and the best intervention strategy during the Child Protective Services (CPS) investigation process. *Position plans, facilitates and documents family meetings throughout the life of the case in order to provide families with a consistent moderator of family information and case dynamics. *Facilitators will act as accountability partners for meeting compliance, timeliness, and quality. _______________________________________________________________ If you have questions, please contact [email protected] OKDHS is a Fair Chance Employer.
