Job Description
-

Provide timely support to families with enrolments, CCS requirements, fees, and financial adjustments

  • Assist with financial administration including debtors, budgets, payments, and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate administrative processes, records, and onboarding/offboarding documentation
  • Support quality improvement by enhancing systems, enrolments, inductions, and payment procedures
  • Uphold safeguarding, compliance, and information management standards across all operations

Qualifications
-

Certificate or Diploma in business administration (desirable) with admin experience in childcare or OSHC (essential)

  • Knowledge of CCMS software (e.g. Xplor) and familiarity with Education & Care legislation, NQF/NQS, and EYLF
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, data reporting, and digital/marketing tools
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Detail-focused, organised, and able to build positive relationships with families, children, and colleagues
