OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Administrative Director to lead our childcare program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education administration and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for children.
As the Administrative Director, you will oversee daily operations, focus on tours and enrollment, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while promoting a positive learning atmosphere for both children and educators.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education Administration or a related field from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.
