POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Childcare Assistant (CCA) who is passionate about working with young children and providing a safe and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a caring personality, and possess the ability to contribute to the overall well-being and development of the children in our school.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in a childcare setting or Montessori field is preferred.

Valid Certificate in Standard Level First Aid and Level C Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their development.
• Complete a 40-hour course related to early learning and childcare within the first year of employment.
• Canadian citizenship and/or legally permitted to work in Canada
• Clear Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Check, and Vulnerable Sector Search.
