Taking Care! is the on-site Child and Parent Development Centre of Taking Charge! Our centre is known for providing high quality care for children and exceeding regulatory expectations. We have a dynamic team environment that fosters personal growth and teamwork.
Taking Care! is currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Child Care Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with infants, toddlers and preschool children
• Certified in Emergency First Aid / Infant Child CPR
• Will be required to obtain a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Registry Check with Clearance
• CCA Certification
• 40hr early childhood course is an asset
• Knowledge of emergent curriculum
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Imagination, inventiveness and individuality are welcome in this supportive team environment
• Flexible and able to work in a high paced environment.
  Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: From $19.40 per hour
  Expected hours: 37.5 per week
