SUMMARY

As a Playworker at Jousters Childcare, you will be instrumental in delivering engaging and supportive care to children. This role is vital in ensuring that each child feels valued and has the opportunity to express their preferences regarding activities and club operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with children is preferred but full training will be given.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Basic management skills are beneficial for overseeing daily activities.
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and guide children during activities.
