JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant and Float to provide support and care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young learners and will play a vital role in fostering their development and well-being. This position requires an individual who is patient, attentive, and capable of creating engaging learning experiences.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working with children is preferred, particularly in tutoring or teaching roles.
  • A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young learners are essential qualities for this role.
