Description Position Summary Responsible for providing exemplary guest service by executing the care and safety of children in the Childcare Center, maintain schedule of activities, and supervision of children. Essential Functions Supervises, maintains control, and monitors children’s play activities while ensuring a clean, safe, and fun environment. Interacts with children playing games, creating crafts, and directing children in activities. Checks in and out guests, provides guest tours of the facility, and assists with information about Chinook Winds Casino Resort. Effectively supports leads, supervisors, and manager with duties to create a positive environment for the children in the center. Help in Food service for children. Stocks and handles materials and supplies. Performs light janitorial duties. Cooperates with all team members in matters of mutual concern. Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards. Maintain a general knowledge of Chinook Winds Casino Resort’s events, promotions, and services. Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Position Qualifications WORKERS IN THIS POSITION MUST BE 18 OR OLDER Competency Statements Communication Skills- Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally.
