Description Job Title: Childcare Attendant - Returning Applicants Only Type of Position: Seasonal, Full-Time or Part-Time Available Schedule: Weekend and Holiday availability, required Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. Job Posting Deadline: October 15, 2025 Come join our fun childcare team where the love of work and play unite. Get to know the families and create special memories for our future skiers/snowboarders who are not quite ready for a full day on the slopes. Summary Provide quality childcare for children ranging from 18 months to 12 years of age. Assist other staff members to ensure comfort, happiness, and safety of our youngest guests. Help maintain an organized, clean, safe and pleasant environment. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities. Essential Functions Responsible for checking children in/out Organize age appropriate indoor and outdoor activities. Prepare snacks and organize lunch Responsible for the safety and well-being of the children, checking for hazardous objects, etc. Monitor sick children who may be tired or upset and provide comfort Responsible for having access to emergency contacts: what to do in case of an emergency Keep the space clean and organized Change diapers and clothing when needed Maintain written logs, reports and checklists. Maintain a strong customer and employee focused culture Requirements Requirements/Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must successfully pass fingerprint background screening Must have passed or be able to pass early childhood training classes Experience with children preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral. Must be able to communicate clearly with children, parents, licensor, inspectors and other Loveland employees. Bilingual, a plus. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Punctuality, patience, and respect for all, required Ability to operate point of sale, basic email, and office applications Work effectively at high elevations, and function effectively in extreme cold and in other variable and inclement winter weather conditions What’s in it for You?
