We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in delivering key programmes of work, managing the distribution of capital and revenue funding and providing expert advice and guidance to support local childcare provision. You should possess a deep understanding of the business challenges within the childcare sector, including financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Your solution-focused mindset will be key in helping providers navigate and overcome these challenges.
Excellent organisational skills are essential, as you will need to manage multiple programmes and priorities and ensure our service levels are consistently maintained. Your ability to analyse data will support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within the team.
A customer-focused approach is vital, as you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders, including childcare providers, parents, and statutory and community partners. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead the team and the delivery of key DFE programmes to support the expansion of early years entitlement and wraparound childcare provision.
